Vendor "Wearable" Fitbit Beat Vendor "SmartWatch" Pebble?

TEKNOLOGY - Manufacturing wearable Fitbit reportedly wanted to annex the Pebble smartwatch manufacturer. Such information diumbar three sources familiar with the proposed acquisition.

According to them, interested Fibit Pebble take intellectual property, such as operating systems and other technical matters. Meanwhile, brandPebble mentioned will be deleted.

Unclear when negotiating the acquisition will be completed and made public. However, the bidding process is said to be tough.
